My name is Jaime Perez Jr., and I’m the proud owner of a local fence staining company here in Lubbock, Texas. I’ve called Lubbock home for the past 24 years and take pride in serving the community that my family and I love.

Before starting my business, I served six years in the United States Army in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps. During my time in the military, I was stationed with the 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell in Kentucky and later at Camp Casey in South Korea. I was stationed at Camp Casey during the events of September 11 attacks, a moment that deeply shaped my perspective on service, responsibility, and leadership. My time in the Army instilled in me the values of discipline, integrity, and attention to detail—principles that I carry into my business every day.

Today, I focus on providing high-quality fence staining services with the same level of commitment and professionalism I learned in the military. I believe in doing the job right, treating customers with respect, and delivering results that homeowners can be proud of.

Family is the center of everything I do. My wife, Michalea, and I are raising two amazing boys—Canyon and Case. Being a husband, father, and business owner motivates me to work hard and build something meaningful for both my family and the community we serve.

Jaime and Michalea Perez are the proud owners of a growing fence staining business serving Lubbock and the greater West Texas area. As local entrepreneurs who own and operate several businesses, they are passionate about providing quality work while building strong, lasting relationships with the people they serve.

Deeply rooted in the community, Jaime and Michalea believe in investing in the place they call home. They are actively involved in their church, Church on the Rock, and are committed to supporting and strengthening their local community.

Family is at the center of everything they do. Jaime and Michalea are the proud parents of two boys, Canyon and Case, and much of their free time is spent cheering them on and watching them grow. When they’re not working, you’ll most likely find them at Lubbock Christian Schools supporting their boys and enjoying time together as a family.

Through their business and their involvement in West Texas, Jaime and Michalea strive to serve others with integrity, care, and a genuine commitment to the community they love.

Director of Operations

Casey Keene is a proud supporter of all things Texas Tech University and a passionate advocate for the Lubbock community. Known for his outgoing personality, Casey can strike up a conversation with just about anyone and enjoys staying active with a good workout whenever he can.

Outside of work and cheering on the Red Raiders, Casey dedicates much of his time to community involvement. He is actively engaged with several local organizations, including Lubbock Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Lubbock program and Ambassador program, the Ronald McDonald House Charities Red Shoe Crew, Family Promise of Lubbock, and the Heart Gallery of the Panhandle Plains. In recognition of his leadership and community impact, Casey was honored as a Top 20 Under 40 in 2023.
